Scott graduated from Tremont High School and transitioned right into a 5-year electrical apprenticeship program, graduating in 2003. He earned his Master License in 2019.


During the past 23 years, he has worked at L&F Electric, Illinois Valley Electric, and now at 360 Electric where he manages the field and the office. His duties include estimating, project management, invoicing and scheduling the team. It has been a tremendous blessing to work with this team that enjoys working hard and having fun.


Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family, having married his best friend in April of 2000. They have two daughters, one son and a little dog. He and his wife also enjoy serving in the middle school youth group at church.

General Manager
Darrel Ehnle.jpg

Darrel has enjoyed a thirty-year career in the trades and joined 360 Electric in early 2021 to support the team with estimating, scheduling and more. 

He enjoys meeting with customers and providing a service or product that aids in their comfort, safety and convenience. His previous experience as a technician, project manager, general manager and owner are all tremendous assets to our team and to our customers.

When he isn't working, he loves spending time with his wife of 25 years, Brenda, and their three adult children and families. Ask him about smoking or grilling on the weekends, one of his current hobbies.

Phil Rassi.jpg

Philip is an Electrical Engineer with 20 years' experience estimating and managing projects - first for Kiewit and now for 360 Electric.


His favorite projects are commercial and light industrial, which is where he thrives. He enjoys being involved in a project from the initial estimate through to seeing the construction completed.


When the day's work is done you can find Philip and his wife Cyrena staying busy with church, home projects and raising three boys (Joel, Luke and Isaac), Bernese Mountain Dogs and Highland Cattle.

Riley Strawn.jpg

Riley enjoys all things electrical and has supported our 360 Electric team since 2019. Spending most of his time serving our residential customers, Riley especially loves it when a job is finished well in a timely and efficient manner.

His favorite things about working with the 360 Electric team are the great customers, fun team members and well-supplied shop (and snack refrigerator).

A husband and father of 3, Riley enjoys the outdoors with his family when he isn't working.

Master Electrician
Cody Baker.jpg

Cody began working for the 360 Electric team in September 2019. In that time, he's enjoyed residential and new construction work, but also enjoys remodels, cabinet and landscape lighting projects.

He says seeing a job completed and comparing the before/after is fulfilling.

When not working, Cody enjoys metal detecting and taking in God's breathtaking creation while bicycling or fishing.

Matt has 15 years' experience in electrical and technical installation. He has broad experience in the trades, including some plumbing and HVAC along with a significant electrical background.

He enjoys mechanical troubleshooting in commercial and agriculture settings, and enjoys working in these fields along with residential applications.

He and his wife reside in the Peoria area.

Mark Dietrich.jpg

Mark joined 360 Electric in 2016 and has 10 years of electrical experience. He loves the variety of work that he does for customers of 360, whether commercial, industrial or residential.

Rising to meet the challenge of a large commercial build, or capably working through several residential troubleshooting projects in a single day, Mark brings his experience and positive attitude to work every day!

When the workday is done, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and goes hunting whenever he gets a chance.

Jacob started his work as an electrician for 360 Electric in January of 2015. Most days you can find Jacob putting his talent and skill to good use on commercial and industrial work, but he enjoys residential projects as well.

When he's not on the job, you can find him playing the guitar, spending time with friends and family, or working on a house project.

Clayton Steidinger.jpg

Clayton is a Christian from Tremont, IL. He joined the 360 Electric team in September of 2019 and spends most of his time working on commercial sites, pools and generator installations and service.

Clayton enjoys the opportunities he has on the worksite to work with others and learn from them.

He is married with his first child and enjoys spending his free time traveling with his family and exploring new places and trying new things!

Avery has been part of the 360 Electric team since 2016. Coming up through the ranks, Avery has worked tirelessly in the warehouse, in the field and now in the office to help 360 Electric stay on top and organized.

When Avery isn't lending a hand in the shop, he enjoys spending time exploring the great outdoors and catching a baseball game.

Caleb is a foreman with 7 years commercial project experience. He has lent his skill to the 360 Electric team since 2019 and we are blessed by his ability to run large commercial projects with professionalism and a focus on detail.​

When Caleb isn't working he loves spending time with his amazing wife of 5 years and their son - whether that means vacationing on a beach or spending family time in their own living room.

Josh likes working on a new construction project to see it advance from rough to finished. In his 2 years on the team, he has enjoyed both residential and commercial work, Before he joined 360 Electric, he worked for years in manufacturing and as a maintenance director - so Josh brings a hard work ethic and broad experience to the team. 

When the work is done, Josh enjoys fishing, football and traveling with his 2 children.

With 360 Electric since 2020, Jessi can usually be found on large commercial projects. She has training in the solar energy field, having spent time living alone in a tent in the mounts to attend Solar Energy International. Her favorite thing about working with 360 Electric is the great team of people.

When she isn't working she enjoys supporting environmental causes and spending time with her 3 children doing community service or playing in the outdoors.

Brandon Smith.jpg

Brandon has been in the electrical field for over 24 years, with experience in residential, commercial, solar and industrial -  including new construction, remodel and service work. He enjoys the process of helping projects go from concept to reality and interacting with people involved in the process.

Brandon has been married to his beautiful wife since 2001 and they have 4 children. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and coaching soccer.

Along with his electrical career, Brandon has been an active pastor for 15+ years, including, currently at Contrast Church in Peoria. Brandon appreciates working for 360 Electric because of the customer and employee focus.

Ryan joined 360 Electric in 2021, and he enjoys working on commercial projects and generator installations.


A hard worker, Ryan appreciates the family environment of the 360 Electric team, both in the field and in the shop/office.

When he isn't working, he likes to spend time with his family and watching sporting events.

Oscar has 20 years of electrical experience, recently working on Long Island, NY as commercial and residential electrician with both new construction and remodel projects. He likes learning from various electricians how to perfect his craft.

He and his wife recently relocated to central Illinois to escape the high costs of living in New York and he loves the agriculture landscape in his new community.

Drew Shields.jpg

With 4 years of experience as an electrician, Drew works on residential projects in both rough-in and trim out stages. His favorite part of the work is seeing the variety of home electrical designs as they come together during trim out. He also enjoys all the people he gets to meet along the way. He appreciates the positive attitude and helpfulness of his fellow co-workers and learning tricks and best practices from his more experienced colleagues.

On occasion he enjoys playing guitar, but more often he prefers kayaking, skiing and running a speed boat around the lake.

Jon Wagenbach.jpg

Jon brings more than 25 years of electrical experience to our 360 Electric team. An HVAC expert, and a master electrician as well, Jon is able to apply his knowledge and experience equally well on big jobs and small.

Married for almost 30 years, Jon and his wife have 4 amazing children and host of grandkids that they love to spend time with whenever they can. He also likes to deer hung whenever time allows.

Nick has been working in the Heating / Air Conditioning arena for 15 years and joined the 360 Electric team in 2021. He enjoys installing and replacing home comfort systems, benefiting the customer by removing something outdated and old, and installing something brand new to enjoy.

Nick loves spending time with his wife and 2 children, and together with their dog they enjoy the outdoors - especially fishing, hunting and relaxing together.

Ben started at 360 Electric as an apprentice in August 2021. He primarily works on commercial projects and has come to really enjoy the work and the satisfying sense of accomplishment each finished project brings. Ben learns best in a hands-on environment, so he really appreciates the professionalism and craftsmanship he is learning from his co-workers.

Ben's hobbies include flying drones, playing music and traveling - especially hiking in the Rocky Mountains.
