When you fill out the ILSFA INCOME ELIGIBILITY INTAKE FORM from IL Solar for All, you will have to select from several available options to determine your household income eligibility. Most of our customers find that it is easiest to use either Option 1a (proof of enrollment in another income-eligible program) or Option 2 (income verification through a credit reporting agency).
